     Responsible for advising the Project Manager and Program Director on all aspects of the grant from the campus perspective.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Investigator—Dr. Doris Givens

 

Responsible to the Department of Education for overall performance of the grant. Has direct fiduciary responsibility for the grant's budget. Chairs the Executive Committee and supervises the Project Director who is the operational manager of the grant. Time is allocated 100% to overhead.

Project Director—Kenneth RamirezPhoto - Ken Ramirez

 

Responsible for meeting the goals of the grant and  the day-to-day operations of the program. Works with the Project Manager on the submission of reports and the allocation of the budget, chairs the Implementation Team meetings and assists each college with specific aspects of grant coordination, foundation development, and business partnerships. Time is allocated 40% to overhead and 15% to each college.

payroll, and time and effort reports. Time is allocated 100% to overhead.
